Returns & Refund/Replacement Policy
NAZIM BROTHERS offers a very transparent and simple 14 Days Return & Refund/Replacement policy.
Conditions

Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, etc
Important Notes

Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.

E-mail us regarding the return, or reply to your order confirmation e-mail.

We highly recommend to use a shipping class that has tracking.

Return Shipment is at customer's cost.

Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded.

Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

Refund will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address mentioned below :
